Our office is located in the heart of Coolidge Corner amidst the vibrant local flavor of neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. Although our home is in Brookline, we are extremely well-versed in all the surrounding Boston neighborhoods, as we have been selling amd renting properties for years. OUR BEGINNINGS

    Red Tree was established in 2013 by longtime friends and real estate agents Arthur Deych, Adam Kotkin, and Jerome Bibuld. Arthur, Adam, and Jerome have become leaders in the local Metro Boston Real Estate market due to their commitment to hard work and personalized customer care.

    Raised in the Metro Boston area, the three partners all took on real estate before they were twenty years old. They each decided early in life that it was a career not only suited their personalities, but it ensured they would never be stuck doing the same thing every day. 

    The three partnered at another Boston-based real estate agency from 2004 through 2013, growing this agency to five offices, and becoming one of Boston's most predominant leasing forces.  During that span, they were put in charge of a growing real estate portfolio that would span to over 500 properties.  This gave the three of them a lifetime of training in real estate fields that most brokers know nothing about.  

    Over the course of their careers, Arthur, Adam, and Jerome have individually sold over $40 million in real estate, and specialize in investment property and leasing. Each of them brings their extensive knowledge of the local real estate market to Red Tree. 

    Within its first three months of opening, Red Tree Real Estate grew from three to nine agents. Now, we boast over twenty-five qualified agents. We operate as a family of young, experienced, career-based agents and brokers who know the inside track to the market.
